Membership FAQs

  • How do I join online?

You can join online by clicking on here to be forwarded to our online facility.

  • When is Reception open?
Reception is open from Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. On home match days, they open 2 hours before the League game starts.
  • Where can I get merchandise from?
There are a couple of options to purchase merchandise. Firstly, you can go to reception during their opening hours. Secondly, on a home match day, you can make your way to the merchandise tent at the Brighton Road entry gates. You can also purchase merchandise online here
  • When are the home match games for this year?

The 2013 fixture is confirmed and can be viewed here

  • Attending an SANFL match is a great experience for people of all ages.

    Ticket Prices
    Entry to a minor round game is just $14 for adults, $8 for concession and free for children aged under 18.

    IGA Family Friendly
    Each suburban venue has an IGA Family Friendly area which includes activities and entertainment for children such as face painting and bouncy castles.

    All grounds are non-smoking venues while food and beverage options are also readily available.

 

  • What is happening with the lights at Gliderol Stadium?
The Club has secured approval from the City of Holdfast Bay and also the Development Assessment Panel to install new sports lighting at Gliderol Stadium enabling a limited number of our home games to be played under lights each season.  The lights are due to be installed late February and we will endeavour to keep our members and supporters informed.
  • Is postage included in my membership if I need it posted out?
Yes, we cover any postage costs for your membership.
  • Why haven’t I received my membership?
There are many factors at the start of a season as to why you may not have your membership in your hands. We receive our tickets from the SANFL, so there may be a hold up with that. Also, we have to source all of the membership products and sometimes we run into a delay in shipping or the likes. Please call Reception on 08 8294 5333 for any questions you might have and for an accurate postage date should you need it. **Please note: 2013 Membership packs will be arriving at the Club by the mid  of  Janurary, and will be sent out as soon as possible.
  • What do I do with my Lottery book?
You are sent a Lottery book each year that you join up as a member (unless you have chosen not to receive one) and this is a fundraising initiative by the Club. We hope you are able to sell the tickets in the book and return the book and the profits to the club as soon as possible. If you have any trouble, please feel free to call us at any time.
  • What events are included in my membership?
In season 2013 the exclusive members events are the  Family Day on (Sunday 10th March) Season Launch on (Friday 22nd March), Meet the Coaches night on (Wednesday 14th March), and Meet the Players - Exclusive Junior Members Function on (Sunday 4h May).
  • How do I change my contact details?

  • How do I report a complaint or problem?

  • What time is the after match presentations on?
On a normal League start time of 2.10pm, presentations will begin at 6.00pm in the Bay Bar & Bistro.
  • How do I get a copy of the Season Guide?
Your Season Guide  is via redemption token included in your 2013 membership pack.

  • What discounts do I get for being a member of the Glenelg Football Club?
As a 2013 Member you are entitled to 20% discount on Club merchandise (full price stock only) and 10% at the Bay Bar & Bistro.
  • What hours are the Bay Bar & Bistro open?

Monday - Wednesday 8.00am - 1.00am 

Thursday - Saturday 8.00am - 2.00am

Sunday 11.00am - 11.00pm

  • What is my loyalty card?
Your loyalty card comes in your membership and entitles you to 10% at the Bay Bar and Bistro on any day.
  • When is the gaming room open?
The gaming room at the Bay Bar & Bistro is open the same hours as the Bistro is:
