You may have seen the recent announcement from SANFL that SANFL Clubs have been granted approval from SA Health to have crowds of at least 3000 at its venues, effective from this weekend.
Due to the unique intricacies of our managament plan for ACH Group Stadium, we are unfortunately not in a position to carry out our Covid Management Plan in time for tomorrow’s game against the Eagles.
Interim CEO Justin Scripps said “Given the tight time frame between now and game day, we just won’t have enough time to implement all of our Covid management protocols”.
We can however confirm that we will definitely have a crowd capacity of 3200 next weekend for Round 6 against Sturt.
A reminder that we will be delivering regular crowd number updates via SMS and social media tomorrow for those looking to attend the game.
Gates will open from 11am for Glenelg members with match access. We also have a one child per club member entry limit.
From 1:30pm, tickets will be available for the general public at the gates, providing we haven’t reached capacity.
If you’re unable to join us at ACH Group Stadium, our League game will be broadcast live on Channel 7. Our Reserves and Women’s games will also be streamed live and on-demand on Digital Pass.
We ask that those attending please do the right thing, including social distancing, washing hands and staying home if unwell.
We thank everyone for their patience and understanding during these challenging times.
Go Tigers!
