Reserves Match Wrap: Round 8

It was pleasing for our Development squad to return to the winner’s list on Saturday evening against Norwood.

We made a strong focus going into the contest on doing the basics well and competing for the entirety of the game, something we had failed to do consistently the past couple of weeks. For the most part, we were able to execute this.

Liam Vanschaik made his debut at Development level and performed strongly across half back. Mitch Martin played his best game for the club and our more senior players in Tom Condon, Alex Martini and Reid Kuller contributed greatly in our 32-point win.

Our focus now switches to South Adelaide as we look to build on the momentum we have started to gather.
