Round 1 Glenelg v West Adelaide Team Selections

Three confirmed debutants, returning Tigers and a new Senior Coach in action – it’s all happening down at the Bay this Good Friday!

Our historic season-opener will bring plenty of excitement as Senior Coach Brett Hand takes on his first official SANFL League game.

Lachie Hosie returns to the forward line for the first time since Round 8 2019, while Toby Pink will make his SANFL League debut after last representing the Tigers in the U18s Grand Final in 2016.

Dual captains Max Proud and Chris Curran are joined in defence by Tigers debutant Sam Durdin, and Brett Turner will also don the yellow and black for the first time as he faces his former club.

The afternoon kicks off with our Reserves taking on West Adelaide at 1:30pm before the League clash at 4:10pm.
