State Funeral to celebrate the life of Neil Kerley AM

South Australians will celebrate the life of football great Mr Neil ‘Knuckles’ Kerley AM at a State Funeral on Monday, 25 July 2022, at 1pm, at Adelaide Oval.

Hosted by the Government of South Australia, the funeral will celebrate Mr Kerley’s life, extraordinary football career, and his dedication to South Australia as a player, coach, selector and commentator.

If you wish to attend the State Funeral please register your attendance via Eventbrite. Registration is essential and attendees may be asked to show a copy of this upon entry.

Gates will open at 12.15pm and guests will be required to enter Adelaide Oval through the South Gate.

For those unable to attend in person, the event will be livestreamed via www.dpc.sa.gov.au/NeilKerley.

In lieu of floral tributes, donations may be made to Legacy.

For those that can’t make it to Adelaide Oval but would still like to watch the service, the club will be live-streaming the funeral in the downstairs bistro from 1pm. Everybody is welcome.
