Jakob Ryan selected in 2022 NAB AFL Draft

Jakob Ryan is heading to Collingwood Football Club, selected with pick 28 in the 2022 NAB AFL Draft. 

The running defender has been a standout potential recruit this year, featuring in the Torrens University SA U18 team as well as Glenelg’s U18 premiership.

Jakob showcased his athleticism at the NAB AFL National Draft Combine in October, placing first in the 2km Time Trial (6:16m), second in the 20m Sprint (3:01s), fourth in the Agility Test (8.566s), and equal third in the Running Vertical Jump – Left (75cm)

He was one of eleven South Australians picked up in the 2022 NAB AFL Draft. Congratulations!
