Checkside Chats with Courtney Cramey and Narelle Smith

Together, Courtney Cramey and Narelle Smith have been at forefront of State Women’s football for more than a decade.

Now, the dynamic pair return to lead the SANFLW State team into battle against the WAFLW at Optus Stadium in Pert on Saturday May 4.

Cramey, who has previously captained SA in 2016 and 2011, tells of her honour to coach the 2024 Croweaters on this week’s episode of Checkside Chats.

Smith, who has previously coached SA in 2016 and 2011, provides an outstanding depth of knowledge in regards to the mature-age talent available, in her role at Chair of Selectors.

It will be the first time since the Hostplus SANFLW League was established in 2017 that a Women’s State League clash takes place on the domestic stage.
