Ben Ridgway awarded Round 1 U18 Torrens University Cup MVP

U18 skipper Ben Ridgway has been nominated the Round 1 U18 Torrens University Cup MVP following a ripper performance in their season opener.

Ben played through a midfield forward rotation and had a high impact in both areas of the ground, with 30 plus possessions and tackles goals for the game with a disposal efficiency of 77%.

Ben’s strength is his willingness to compete, eight clearances along with four tackles put his stamp on a very good all-round individual performance.

The Torrens University Cup MVP is a weekly nomination, with an overall winner being selected at the end of the year. This winner will be presented with the Torrens University Cup MVP trophy and a $1000 cash prize courtesy of Torrens University.
