Congratulations to GFC 2019 Award Recipients

Glenelg Football Club would like to congratulate the 2019 Award Winners, who were presented with their official plaques of recognition at the 2019 AGM on Monday February 24th 2020.

Gordon Anderson received the Merit Award for his work as Glenelg Football Club’s professional photographer. Whether it was men’s or women’s training sessions, games or club events, Gordon was always there to capture the action, emotions and highlights. His photos will certainly become a part of Glenelg Football Club’s proud legacy.

Chris Marshall celebrated a decade of work with GFC and received the 10 Year Service Award. Chris’ unwavering loyalty has been a blessing for the club. Her dedication is seen in her willingness to help wherever needed and her commitment shown in her long time sponsorship of Glenelg Football Club.

Finally, Craig Goodenough was presented the A.J Wadham Volunteer of the Year Award for his incredible dedication and contribution towards many areas of the club, including junior training, Tiger’s Academy, property assistance and more.

Without the passion, support and efforts of our valued volunteers, Glenelg Football Club could not exist. So, we extend a huge thank you to these three fine members of the Tiger Family and to everyone who contributed towards GFC’s fantastic season in 2019.
