Round 17 Glenelg v Central District Game Day Information

It’s our FINAL HOME GAME of the season! Join us for the last time at ACH Group Stadium this Saturday afternoon and cheer on the Tigers as they take on Central District.

We’re also proud to be tackling mental health head on with Breakthrough Community Round supported by Fleurieu Milk. We’ll use this round to raise funds for the Breakthrough Mental Health Research Foundation and increase awareness for the need for mental health research to stop the devastating effects of mental illness.

If you can’t attend the games, watch LIVE and on demand with SANFL Digital Pass.

When do gates open?

All gates will be open from 11:00am.

Are there any crowd restrictions?

SA Health has granted approval for crowds of 75% capacity to attend this weekend’s match at ACH Group Stadium. All SANFL venues operate under Covid Management Plans.

So, we still have plenty of room for supporters to come on down and cheer on the mighty Tigers!

Where can I buy match day tickets?

Match day tickets are now available online here or at Club reception. Tickets can also be purchased at the gates, and entry is free for all under 18s.

Please note, there has been a minor increase to ticket prices across the SANFL clubs:

  • Concession $9
  • U18s FREE

  • Adults $16
  • Concession $10
  • U18s FREE

What if I haven’t received my 2021 Membership yet and I want to attend the game?

If you have not received your 2021 Membership by Friday, single-game entry passes will be available at the gates.

Will merchandise be available?

We will have a merchandise tent located at the Cornes Gates.

Is there food and drinks available?

We have plenty of food outlets available across the grounds. These include:

  • Grinders Coffee Van
  • Vili’s Pie Cart (outdoor terrace)
  • Dinkum Dogs
  • The Glenelg Club
  • PP&O Drink’s Van & BBQ (Umbrella Hill)
  • Snouts Bar (next to scoreboard)

Who has access to the grandstand?

The grandstand has Covid restricted numbers and is a GFC Members only access area. Entry is on a first-in first-served basis. You will be provided a grandstand pass upon entry into the grandstand.

Is there car parking available?

The Club car park has a set car park list. Public parking is available on Brighton Road and surrounding streets. If you require disability parking or have any further parking inquiries, please contact the club for more information.

Is Kick and Catch on this season?

Great news! If you’re bringing the kids, you can also look forward to a return to the ‘Kick and Catch’ within the 50m arcs at each end of the oval during the quarter and half-time breaks and after the game.

Is there a Split 50-50 raffle?

Split 50-50 raffle has made a return! Purchase your tickets here.

Is it a smoke-free zone?

The venue is currently a smoke-free zone. If you wish to smoke, we ask that you please leave the grounds and you will be provided a pass-out ticket so that you may re-enter the oval.

Are there any other Covid regulations?

  • Masks are compulsory (indoors and outdoors)
  • Consumption of all food and beverage must be seated
  • Dancing and singing is not permitted indoors.

To adhere to COVID contact tracing requirements, everyone will need to ‘check in’ with our QR Code or written register. We will have QR codes available to scan at all gates.

Once inside the venue we ask that you adhere to social distancing of 1.5 metres and apply good hygiene protocols. Club officials will be present as Covid Marshals and will be ensuring patrons are complying with social distancing.

For any further information, please keep checking the Club website and Facebook page, or contact the Club for further enquiries.

Thank you for your continuous support, and we look forward to seeing you this weekend!
