Round 10 Glenelg v North Adelaide Game Day Information

Last Updated:

It’s Queen’s Birthday footy at the Bay! We host North Adelaide at ACH Group Stadium from 2:10pm on Monday Afternoon. It will be a particularly special affair as both teams play for the John Sandland Cup and Dean Higgins Medal.

The John Sandland Cup will be awarded to the winner of the match, named in honour of John Sandland. Sandland played 105 games for Glenelg, including the 1973 Premiership, and booted 224 goals across his Tigers career. John also played 22 games for North Adelaide between 1975 and 1976. Glenelg will also award a medal to the most courageous player to honour long time club sponsor, Dean Higgins.

Are there any other Covid regulations?

To adhere to COVID contact tracing requirements, everyone will need to ‘check in’ with our QR Code or written register. We will have QR codes available to scan at all gates.

It is not a mandatory requirement from SA Health for patrons to wear masks. However, once inside the venue we ask that you adhere to social distancing of 1.5 metres and apply good hygiene protocols. Club officials will be present as Covid Marshals and will be ensuring patrons are complying with social distancing.

For any further information, please keep checking the Club website and Facebook page, or contact the Club for further enquiries.

And remember, if you can’t make it this weekend, all games will be broadcast live and on-demand on SANFL Digital Pass.
