The Glenelg Football Club is pleased to welcome Teri Hopkins to the Board.
Teri is a lawyer with the Independent Commissioner Against Corruption. She has 11 years experience of working across a number of State Government agencies in a compliance and regulatory environment including Prosecuting for South Australia Police and the Department for Environment and Water. She has expertise in criminal law, governance, ethics and advocacy.
Teri has a Bachelor of Social Sciences and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Adelaide, and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Society of South Australia.
More importantly Teri is an avid Glenelg supporter and has supported the club from an early age.
GFC President Peter Carey said: “It’s fantastic to have Teri join the Board. We look forward to seeing her input and what new ideas she can bring to the table.”
Teri said: “I am both excited and honoured to be appointed to the GFC Board, not only as a supporter but as a person who loves the game. I hope to make a meaningful contribution to the Board and to the Club in general.”
