Glenelg Football Club heading to catchment zone for community engagement during bye round

Glenelg Football Club will travel to our catchment zone during the June bye-round as part of our ongoing commitment to strengthening engagement with one of the Bays’ most valued communities!

Head Coach Darren Reeves will be joined by Commercial Manager Kristin Jeffery and a selection of League and Reserves players as they visit South Gambier Football Club and the surrounding region for a weekend of community football engagement!

On Saturday, June 14, South Gambier will take on Penola, with Reeves set to speak at half time in the South Gambier clubrooms. On Sunday, June 15, junior South East players will have the opportunity to participate in a Players Clinic, hosted by some of Glenelg’s top talent hailing from the South East.

The weekend in Mount Gambier will conclude with a Coaches Forum, led by two-time premiership coach Darren Reeves, offering valuable insights for local community coaches.

The Club is excited to connect with and give back to one of our most important regions—celebrating a community that has consistently contributed exceptional talent to Glenelg’s proud history.
