Interim CEO Justin Scripps signs on permanently

The Glenelg Football Club is pleased to advise that Justin Scripps will continue in the role of Chief Executive Officer on a permanent basis having guided the Club through the 2020 season.

Club President Peter Carey said “Justin has done a great job leading the Club through some very difficult times as the Interim CEO. The Board are extremely happy that Justin has agreed to stay on at the Club on a permanent basis. We all wish Justin continued success in the role”.

Having previously filled the role of Football Director on the Board for a number of years, Scripps said “working our way through the post Covid shutdown has been extremely challenging for all of our players, coaches and Club staff. We have a great team of loyal and dedicated staff who I look forward to working with to build our culture as we strive to shape a high performing organisation on and off the field”.
