Joel Tucker joins Senior Coaching Staff for 2021

The Glenelg Football Club is pleased to have Joel Tucker join our senior coaching staff for 2021. His experience coaching Brighton FC’s A grade team for several years has given Joel the experience of managing his own team and will ensure he thrives as our new Reserves coach.

He shows diligence and a general passion for the game. The fact he is a past player who was keen to come back to the Club makes the appointment more satisfying. We look forward to watching Joel continue to grow as a coach.

Joel Tucker said: “I’m really excited to be here and I’m definitely looking forward to the season starting”.

“I’d been the coach at Brighton FC for the few years and was looking to progress to a higher level, so I’m grateful to have been given the opportunity.”

“It’s the first time in a while I’ve come into a new group as I’ve been at Brighton for so long, but it’s a great playing group and group of support staff and I’ve felt very welcome.”
