Junior Tigers shine in Next Generation Academy Showdown

Five Tiger juniors showcased their talents in the Crows v Port Next Generation Academy Showdown on Wednesday April 20.

Under 15s Brooke Edwards, Sophie Thomas, Eloise Mackereth, Jordan Horne and Matilda Wilmore were all members of the Crows Academy squad that defeated Port Adelaide by 16-points.

Rising stars Matilda Wilmore and Eloise Mackereth were particularly dominant, each slotting one goal and being named among the best players.

The side was coached by two-time AFLW Premiership star Courtney Cramey and development coach Jack Hombch, along with former Tiger Angela Moritz as assistant coach.
