SANFLW Development League Grand Final Set for a Blockbuster at the Bay

Glenelg fans are in for a thrilling weekend as Glenelg Football Club prepares to host South Adelaide in the SANFLW Development League Grand Final this Sunday, April 27, at Stratarama Stadium.

Glenelg and South Adelaide will meet for the Development League Grand Final, as they did 12 months ago, in what is expected to be a fantastic conclusion to a long-weekend celebrating SANFL’s talent across our men’s and women’s competitions.

Glenelg’s squad, named this Thursday, showcases a dynamic blend of youth and experience. After a dominant seven-week campaign, the team now has its eyes firmly set on converting that momentum into premiership glory.

The Bays rising stars, including Charlotte O’Sullivan, Emme Day, and Sebella Coghlan, are expected to have a large contribution to the game. Adding power to the side are 2021 premiership players Lucy Armitage and Tamsyn Morriss, both aiming to secure a second SANFLW flag. They’ll be joined by an exciting wave of fresh faces that have entered the Glenelg ranks through season 2025.
