SANFLW Round 1 Team Selections

The teams are in for our blockbuster season opener against last year’s minor premiers.

After an intense pre-season, our women are fired up and excited to start their 2022 journey to defend their title.

Coach Jason Fairall has selected a strong team to kick off our campaign, with 15 premiership players named in the extended squad, including AFLW Crows draftee Brooke Tonon.

They are joined by three junior debutants – Violet Patterson and sisters Poppy and Matilda Scholz. Congratulations girls!

We also look forward to showcasing our rising stars in the development league as part of the new SANFLW competition expansion.
