With only 3 games left after this week, GFCW will dig deep to position themselves well for finals.
North Adelaide come into this match with a winning momentum, positively coming off their first win for the year last week against the Eagles. Alternatively, the Tigers are entering Round 11 off a draw which sees them hungry to get the points to bolster their finals chances.
An unfortunate series of injuries across the backline sees Poppy Scholz out for the season, and Lauren Edwards out with an ankle injury. This provides opportunity in other areas, with Alana Baker making her debut this weekend for Glenelg’s League side against her old club. Co-Vice Captain Ellen Tyminski will also play her 50th game for the Bays on Saturday.
There are many ways you can support the GFCW squads this season, the most crucial being a GFCW Member or Sponsor for season 2024. Your membership will help support our premiership winning women’s program and provide vital funds towards our development program.
