SANFLW Round 2 Team Selections 2024

Round 2 teams are in, with a major change ahead of our clash with Sturt on Saturday morning.

Due to the forecast excessive heat on Saturday, March 9, our Reserves Women’s game has been postponed until further notice.
League will still go ahead, however at an amended time of 9:00am at Thebarton Oval.

After a positive start, the GFC Women are eager to get back on the field and solidify their win with another. Glenelg Debutants Dyer, Harding, Eldridge and Pearce all made a significant impact in their first game for the Black & Gold, returning to the side for Round 2. Young gun Poppy Scholz took home the Round 1 SANFLW Powerade Breakthrough Player of the Week, and is primed to face the double blues on Saturday morning.

Jasmin Stewart will make her debut for the Bays, joining the club from PAFC via the SANFLW Mini-Draft.
