U18 & U16 Best & Fairest Award Winners

The Club recently celebrated the U18s and U16 award winners at their Best & Fairest awards night.

U18

Hunter Window was named the U18 Best & Fairest after a huge season, having played all minor rounds plus finals and finishing on five goals and an average of 21.3 disposals.

U18 skipper and McCallum Tomkins Medallist Hugh Stagg was awarded Runner-Up Best & Fairest along with the Players MVP. The AFL Draft prospect racked up 29 goals and an average of 28.7 disposals after featuring in 14 U18s matches and four Reserves games.

Congratulations also goes out to the following award winners:

  • Best Forward: Jack Harding (who booted 40 goals across the season)
  • Best Midfield: Brodie Edwards
  • Best Defender: Lewis Rayson
  • ER Curnow Award: Darcy Porter
  • Players Trademark: Jarrad Parrish

U16

U16 Captain Ben Ridgway has taken home the U16 Best & Fairest award and Players MVP. The skipper  averaged 23.5 disposals and guided the team to a Grand Final appearance against South Adelaide. After the U16 season finished, Ridgway went on to play in 14 games for the U18s – including the Grand Final against Eagles – and kicked 15 goals.

Congratulations also goes out to our Runner-Up Best & Fairest winner Bodie Ryan and Coach’s Award winner Lucas Camporeale.
